Lepaul D. Mitchell, also known as Paul Mitchell, has probably been in Salt Lake since August. He is likely to be in the downtown area and may frequent The Road Home shelter.
He is wanted for violating his parole for Criminal Sodomy and Indecent Solicitation of a Child.
Mitchell is 27 years old, 5'8" tall and weighs about 208 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He also has a one-inch scar on his right finger. He is considered dangerous.
