Adam Lambert is set to return to the American Idol stage with his hit song, Aftermath. Lambert, last year’s second-runner up in the competition, will be make a guest appearance on the March 10 Idol results show (8 p.m. Eastern/Pacific, FOX).
The openly-gay singer will be performing an acoustic version of his song. After the show, a remixed version of the song will be available only on his website. A portion of the proceeds from the download of the song will go to benefit the Trevor Project, which a suicide helpline for teens.
“Billboard turns the song into a fresh new dance pop anthem to blast on the radio and in the clubs!” Lambert said in a press release.
