Four states face marriage equality measures this year
Marriage equality rights are on the ballot in four states this year. Voters in Maryland, Maine and Washington are faced with referendums to legalize gay marriage and Minnesota voters will have the option to decide on a constitutional amendment banning marriage equality.
Recent polling predicts a victory for equality in Maine, Washington and Maryland. It’s a tie in Minnesota.
